Fasting in Islam is the one of the five pillar of Islam. Fasting mean to abstain “completely” from foods, drinks, smokes, and engage in sexual relation. Fasting in Islam is fardh “obligatory” for adult Muslims, except those who are suffering from an illness, travelling, pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic, or going through menstrual bleeding.
